labels and identities

Within a system that claims to be social, offering the illusion of free will,

the illusion of choice, a person,beyond the labels and identities already placed upon them, creates new ones of their own.

They adopt the words, thoughts, ideas, and beliefs of other people.

They constantly sustain something outside themselves.

Something beyond their own direct experience.

Why?

There is already an identity, already a label.

Growth does not mean dressing differently the very things you need to let go of.

Why add instead of remove?

Why build an identity that distances you from unity and connection?

What is the point of filling a glass that is already full?

It will overflow — naturally and inevitably.

A container that constantly receives external material never remains empty long enough to understand itself,

or to realize what truly needs to be placed within it,if anything at all.

An empty container does not mean it has no value.

It does not mean it is useless.

It means it is simply what it is,

and understands the reason it exists.

So why would a person want to fill themselves up,

to take personally every idea, thought, perception, and belief that is not truly their own?

A foreign body, sooner or later, collapses,it is incompatible.

It does not fit with the essence, with the depth.

Instead, it settles for beautiful lies that provide comfort and defenses.

Protection from the uncomfortable truth,

the one that throws you into a temporary emptiness

until you discover your own truth.

Yes, whether we like it or not, there is no single shared truth.

None of us sees the same way, even if we are made from the same material.

There is nothing more difficult than being yourself,

your essence, your depth.

Difficult, but not impossible.

If you can endure the collapse of everything,

if you can bear to look behind the veil,

and finally, if you can face who you truly are

without identities, without labels, 

without anything foreign within you,you become free...

Ταμπέλες και ταυτότητες.

 Μέσα σε ένα σύστημα, που υποτίθεται ότι είναι κοινωνικό, δίνοντας την ψευδαίσθηση της ελεύθερης βούλησης,

την ψευδαίσθηση της επιλογής, ο άνθρωπος εκτός από τις ήδη υπάρχουσες ταμπέλες και ταυτότητες που του φόρεσαν, φτιάχνει καινουργιες, δικές του.

Υιοθετώντας λόγια, σκεψεις, ιδέες, πεποιθήσεις άλλων ανθρώπων.

Διαιωνιζει μονίμως κάτι έξω από αυτόν.
Κατι έξω από το δικό του βίωμα.

Ποιος ο λόγος;
Υπάρχει ήδη μια ταυτότητα και μια ταμπέλα.

Εξέλιξη δεν σημαίνει να ντύσω διαφορετικά αυτά τα οποία χρειάζεται να απαλλαγώ.

Γιατί προσθέτει αντί να αφαιρεί;
Γιατί χτίζει μια ταυτότητα που τον απομακρύνει από την ένωση και την σύνδεση;

Ποιος ο λόγος να γεμίζεις ένα ποτήρι που είναι ήδη γεμάτο;

Θα ξεχειλίσει,λογικό και επόμενο.
Ένα δοχείο που δέχεται μονίμως εξωτερικό υλικό και δεν μένει ποτέ άδειο για να μπορέσει να κατανοήσει τον εαυτό του και τι ακριβώς χρειάζεται να μπει μέσα του, αν χρειάζεται.

Ενα κενό δοχείο δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν έχει αξία.
Δεν σημαίνει ότι είναι άχρηστο.

Σημαινει ότι είναι αυτό που είναι και κατανοεί τον λόγο που υπάρχει και είναι.

Ποιος ο λόγος λοιπόν για έναν άνθρωπο, να θέλει να βάλει μέσα του, να πάρει προσωπικά κάθε ιδέα, σκέψη, αντίληψη, πεποίθηση, που δεν είναι δικά του;

Το ξένο σώμα, αργά ή γρήγορα καταρρέει, είναι μη συμβατό.

Δεν ταιριάζει με την ουσία, το βάθος.
Επαναπαύεται με όμορφα ψέματα, που δίνουν ασφάλεια και άμυνες.

Προστασία από την άβολη αλήθεια που σε ρίχνει σε ένα προσωρινό κενό, ώσπου να βρεις την δική σου αλήθεια.

Ναι καλώς ή κακώς δεν υπάρχει κοινή αλήθεια, κανένας μας δεν βλέπει το ίδιο και ας είμαστε από το ίδιο υλικό φτιαγμένοι.

Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα πιο δύσκολο από το να είσαι ο εαυτός σου, η ουσία σου και το βάθος σου.

Δύσκολο αλλά όχι ακατόρθωτο.

Αν αντέξεις την κατάρρευση όλων, αν αντέξεις να δεις πίσω από το πέπλο,
και τέλος αν αντέξεις να δεις ποιος πραγματικά είσαι χωρίς ταυτότητες και ταμπέλες, χωρις τίποτα ξένο μέσα σου,
απελευθερωνεσαι......

The soul and the ego.

A person gets tired when they don’t receive genuine intentions — when others fail to see their depth and essence.

When people only see the image they’ve already built in their minds, before they even bother to see you as a soul, as a presence, they already have a label ready… and they simply place it on you.

Without, of course, asking you.
They don’t need your input.
Because if they did, their entire image of you would collapse instantly.

So when people choose illusion over truth — over simply seeing and feeling the depth and essence of another — the ego takes the wheel.
And when that happens, one of two things occurs:
Either it meets another ego, and everything turns into a vicious cycle of ego-based illusions… or it withdraws, if the other person’s ego is too limited.

The ego doesn’t care. It feeds.
It doesn’t see. It doesn’t feel depth or essence.
It only sees images, beliefs, illusions, and self-deception.

It gets comfortable. It avoids pain. It feels safe.
And of course, never in favor of the other.
It only serves its own side, its own perspective.

And as a result — naturally and inevitably — souls drift apart.
The soul doesn’t need to prove anything.
It simply follows its own path, without trying to convince or explain.

Light simply is.
Pure. Crystal-clear. A lighthouse.
It radiates, it vibrates, it doesn’t cling.
Acceptance and validation belong to the ego.

Every soul has its own path, its own journey.
Actions and intention echo into the universe — not the air that leaves the lungs through speech and words.

The ego cannot feel intention. It doesn’t even recognize it.

It only sees “food” through defense, through the false safety of wounds, and through beliefs that offer certainty.
