Get Rid of Depression

Depression doesn't let you love yourself or enjoy life.

It convinces you that everything is pointless, gray, that you deserve nothing, and nothing good will ever happen.
You fall under the illusion that by staying sad and miserable, the universe—or God, call it what you want—might feel sorry for you.

But being pitied is neither good nor right.
On the contrary, it's an insult to your existence.

Depression has traps.
Yes, it’s just a mental state that affects your psychology and the way you see yourself and the world.

Nothing is random.
Just like our choices.

We chose to come to the hardest planet of experiences and lessons.
We don’t remember it though.
We start from scratch every time.
In every incarnation.

Most of us don’t want to be here.
And it’s understandable—if you see it from the human side.

But from the other side, coming to Earth is a very brave decision, because you choose to evolve your soul in a place full of incredible challenges and experiences.
You will learn a lot, no matter what.
If you don’t manage it, you’ll come again.

We have free will, yet we’re also slaves at the same time.
We pay to live.
And essentially, we don’t live.
Nature and logic—what is natural for humans—has been replaced by something else.

Yet all these things happening on this planet help our soul evolve.
Yes, it’s not easy, but it’s not our fault that we weren’t taught from the beginning.
We must learn though—since we chose this beforehand.

So we’re not lacking something, and we’re not unworthy.
What we lack is knowledge and remembrance.
What was deliberately stolen from us,
What they hid and did everything to keep secret.

If you manage to steal a little time from what everyday life takes away,
and look within—deep into your real desires and needs,
at what you truly want to do and who exactly you want to be,
you’ll feel some relief by seeing deeper into yourself.

Not everything is for everyone.
If you suppress yourself, it will explode—either as illness or as depression.

And the big, important question is:
How do you get rid of depression?

Everyone has their way.
Some don’t even have one.

Depression isn’t really a matter of medication or psychotherapy.
No one can truly enter your soul and feel what you’re going through.

But it's actually very simple.
It takes just seconds to overcome depression.

Of course, it depends on how well someone knows themselves and how absorbed and lost they are in the system.

But you can’t speak about something if you haven’t lived it.

So, personally, I got rid of depression in a strict and serious way.
At some point I realized it was wearing me down, distorting my true self and all the joys of life.

Once I understood and became aware of what was really happening,
I turned to myself in a strict and angry tone and said:
“What are you doing? What is this? Stop acting like that. Get it together already.”
With a very serious tone, full of belief and frustration.

But it’s not enough just to say it.
You have to hold on, stay consistent until depression becomes the past.
You need self-control and must not give in.

But once you've realized the harm you’ve done to yourself
—how you didn’t respect or love yourself—
depression is gone. It’s out of your life.

Love yourself more than anything.
Respect yourself and don’t torture him.
Don’t feed him low vibrations like fear, anxiety, or stress.

Whatever happens, stand tall with calmness and peace in your soul.
