Truth disrupts, but it liberates.

 Everyone plays their role and is exactly where they are meant to be.

Along the way, we accumulated a pile of childhood wounds that never truly healed.

As long as people speak through their egos,

nothing real will ever exist,

nothing solid or grounded.

When one soul speaks to another soul,

there is substance, meaning.

It takes a lot of effort to discover who you truly are,

and not who you think you are,

the version shaped by the system through beliefs,

insecurities, and fears.

They will never tell you that if you look within yourself,

you will find the whole truth.

No—only what the system offers you is supposedly “good for you.”

Don’t question, don’t search, accept everything as it is, don’t speak.

Ignorance is bliss.

Truth disrupts, hurts, but it liberates.

Habit, routine, and “safety” feed the ego.

Who are you without everything you possess?

What defines you?
Your essence, or the material things you own?

What remains when everything collapses?
When all that is fake no longer exists?

Are you still you, or not?
Are you your thoughts and your words?

Thoughts are unnecessary, words are just air coming out of you.

When the noise of the mind and the noise of the environment fade away, what remains?
Emptiness? Clarity? Serenity? Calm? Observation?

Do you need guidance to be yourself?

Do you need rules, limits, and “shoulds”? For what purpose?

To become something other than what truly hides inside you—what you’re afraid to reveal?

Afraid it will be misunderstood, judged, or won’t fit in?
What you see on the surface is one thing;
what lies in the depth is another—the essence.

And the essence is always internal, never external.

Out there is chaos—an endless dance of masks, roles, illusions, and delusions.

A person’s happiness depends on no one else.

Dependence creates illusion, illusion creates a sense of safety,

and safety creates stagnation.
