Presence...

To simply be presence is perhaps something that cannot be understood so easily. It is not something that can be translated merely as a state, but rather as a deeply personal experience—one that is understood only after a series of events and lived experiences, and most of all after the removal of illusions and self-deception.

To simply be presence does not mean not living, not speaking, or not participating in society. It means something far deeper, truer, and essential. In short, it is everything that represents a soul that has chosen to step forward and limit the ego.

There are no rules. There is nothing you need to do, learn, or remember. Truth has no need for any of these. The only need of the soul is to express itself truthfully, without restriction—to remember, to let go of what is unnecessary, and of all that pushed it aside.

Thoughts do not help you find what you desire or become what you seek: presence. You do not find something that was always there. It emerges. There is no specific path to follow. No advice, no guidance—from anyone, nothing outside of yourself.

One single sentence contains everything: look within. Listen. Attune yourself to your being, to your soul.

Everything built upon human perception—beliefs, insecurities, fears—is surface-level. It is something constructed externally by the human mind. Searching for meaning, purpose, and essence in anything outside of yourself, in anything artificial, is a vicious cycle.

Doubt is a beginning—a beginning that creates a small space for the soul to step forward. But not all of us share the same path, the same strength, or the same resilience to shed what weighs us down: what others placed upon us—ideas, beliefs, fears.

It does not matter what you are or how you are, as long as your intention is genuine.

There is no need for there to be only good people or only bad people. What is needed is balance. Because we are all connected and originate from the same source of creation, everything is necessary—both the good and the unpleasant. Someone must play each role, contributing to the evolution of souls.

Beyond this, for a soul to reach the state of simply being presence—always forward, with a limited ego—it forgets everything it once knew, everything it learned, everything it feared, everything that left it sidelined while the ego took control.

It is the acceptance of the true self when it emerges—whoever that may be, however it appears—expressing truthfully the real intention of your essence, of your being, of your soul.

Presence means observing without engaging, without attachment or dependence on anything. Without explaining yourself or apologizing to anyone, for any reason. Living normally without allowing anyone to control your emotions.

This is achieved when the ego is limited.

The air that simply leaves someone’s lungs in the form of words cannot touch or overpower the soul. No one is responsible for anyone else except themselves. Each person’s opinion is their own perspective, not mine—their truth, not mine.

Anyone who wishes to ridicule themselves is free to do so. They have every right. Because a person who has limited the ego will not be affected by harsh words or verbal attacks. This is part of simply being presence—knowing the essence.

The games of the ego have no place in the life of someone who has found and seen the essence. They will remain with the essence. They will not unsee it. There is no other way—it cannot be otherwise, nor could they want it to be.
